Eagles United FC U14 have reached the Middlesex U14 FA Cup Final after beating Explorers FC U14 4-2 in the semi-final played at Paddington Recreation Ground.
Explorers FC went ahead in the 14th minute of the game after a smart finish from their striker. Eagles United FC quickly equalised in the 18th minute of the game through a beautiful finish from Klodi Grajqevci after a nice move and back heel assist from Londin Latifi. Eagles United FC then went ahead in the 22nd minute of the game after a wonderful long range strike from Londin Latifi. That concluded the half-time score.
After a balanced start to the second half, Eagles United FC went further ahead in the 58th minute after Londin Latifi raced through on goal to emphatically finish following a well measured through ball from Edon Rekaj.
Explorers FC managed to score again to make it 3-2 in the 72nd minute of the game from a brilliant free kick effort which went over the Eagles United FC goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
Eagles United FC settled the score 4 minutes from time after a smart finish from Arion Svarca following a mistake from the Explorers FC goalkeeper.
With this win, Eagles United FC U14 reached the Middlesex U14 FA Cup Final for the first time in the club's history where they will play Enfield Borough Panthers U14 at Middlesex FA HQ in Rectory Park on the 10th of May 2020.
